Why didn't I get my $25 discount for first time users?

I signed in for the $25 discount, book a sitter and no discount was applied!

There are lots of Rover promotions running so it's hard to say why yours wasn't applied, did you enter the promo code in the box provided in the booking request? However, you can call Rover support and they will probably credit your account for the $25 toward a future booking. @ [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed.
