How do you adjust your daily rate for an extended stay or can you charge a flat rate?

The family is going away for six weeks. So, I am trying to charge a fair amount.

Click on modify and put an amount that will get deducted from the base total. It is a manual adjustment to the bill and can reflect either a reduced daily rate (x the number of days) or a flat amount you've decided upon for this client.
