2 dogs vs 1 dog boarding = double the fee?

When searching for a sitter you should expand the field under the bold rates "additional services and rates" it is within this section you can see the rates charged for a second dog

While I wouldn't use the term "tough luck," essentially, yes, the second dog is the same price as the first for that particular sitter. No discounts. However, if you keep looking, you may find a boarding sitter that does offer an additional dog discount. Many of them do.

I did specify that a 2nd dog is half price per night. So $30/ night plus $15/night for additional dogs

For me, I only take one dog at a time and charge $25 a night. I would take two dogs at once from the same person if there are special circumstances or something. But, my rates would be the same $25 per dog, per night. I love what I do! So two dogs each need their own special time and attention, along with my two dogs too.
