Doggy Day Care booking confirmed but owner no show?

I had a client contact me this morning last minute asking if I could watch their dog today around 2pm. They first asked for a drop in visit but they are way out of my service area. They then told me they were traveling to a tennis match closer to where I was and asked if I could have their dog for a doggy day care stay. I agreed, they booked the service, and they said they were about a half our away. About an hour goes by and I do not receive the "I'm close by" text that they were going to send, so at that point I message them to ask if they were still coming and have gotten no response since.

Question: What do I do about a no-show? Do I still get paid?

Yes. If both of you clicked book it now, the booking went through, and you'll be paid. Nothing you have to do.
