What is a cost adjustment?

There is a cost adjustment field in the booking request, this area is used by the sitter to either add too or decrease the rate on the booking request. One example is if you a boarding your dog with a sitter and your stay is more time than the typical 24 hour period, so I you drop off at 9 AM and want to pick up at noon the following day the sitter may ask for an additional fee. You should discuss any adjustments with the sitter prior to accepting the booking
