Why can't I message someone at Rover?

I am doing my first Rover walk. The owner and myself have confirmed via messaging. Rover shows it still pending and I can't figure out how to ask anyone from Rover about this. Why can't I message walker support?

If the booking is still showing pending it hasn't been 100% accepted by you and the owner. You can call Rover support @ [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Visit the Rover Help Center at https://support.rover.com/ to find the phone number, help articles, or chat with the team] they will probably tell you the same thing. Best of luck And for the future there isn't a way to message support via the App
