where can I find meet and greet checklist?

I am new to http://rover.com and made the mistake of not asking enough questions before I accepted a job. After I accepted it, the owner has a huge list of expectations, and I did not ask enough to cover all the extra time I'll be spending. Any suggestions for the future?

Here's an article on Rover regarding Meet and Greeets:

Inside that article is this link to a checklist:

I have a check list I got at a Rover meet up. Give me your email and I will email it to you. I give a copy of it to my customers at my meet an greets, that way they can take it home and take their time answering the questions. Happy sitting! Amber

There is also a detailed discussion list in the Sitter's Handbook on page 5.

Those are 2 great solutions. It might be worth reading through each and creating your own checklist to combine the information suggested in the materials with relevant information that is specific to the care you will provide or what is most important for you to know.

I have found that my meet and greet questions are evolving over time, given the variety of experiences I have had. I learn something new with each dog and am constantly refining my list of questions to ask owners to be as transparent as possible.
