How can I organize Upcoming Stays? It's madening trying to find them by names of owners I haven't yet memorized! Why is there no way to organize these by date I'll be watching the dog? Not on the app or the site. And to see the name of the dog on the app I have to select each stay & manually scroll all the way up past the whole conversation. I use Android btw.
The App and the website fail the sitter community when it comes to managing your bookings; the busier you get the worse it is. I use Microsoft Outlook and manually enter my daily activities there as the sync tool gives you far too little information.
Yeah they've updated the app!!!!!!!! Now we can sort by recent activity or service date! Maybe they do check this forum!
It's up to you to keep them organized! Utilize the google calendar sync which will add in upcoming stays and even pending booking requests for you. :) Unfortunately there aren't as many functions as we'd hope for in the APP just yet for these kinds of things but ultimately Rover is just a platform for us to freelance through and it's up to you to keep yourself on top of it! I agree ! I really wish they would change that. It would be such a big help day to day!
