Can I make up Rover dog sitter business cards to promote my business with Rover as a dog sitter?

Yes you can and many do rather than purchase the ones in the Rover store, VistaPrint is a good cost effective option with lots of nice designs. Just don't try to use the Rover Logo as it violates the terms of service.
