I want to change the way I log in from Facebook to using my email and a password. Can I do that? If so, how? [closed]

I really don’t like having to go through the signing into Facebook time that it takes to log in. I would really like to change to just using my email and a password. Is this something that I can do?

UPDATE: Called Rover help and they helped me figure it out...it was pretty simple. I started to sign in with my email and then hit forgot password. A link was set, I reset new password and it worked perfectly.

There is nothing in the help section that mentions how to change your login so I would recommend you call the Rover Support line @ [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed.
