My sitter insist on pick up and I am not comforatble with this and would like to schedule with someone else?

I have a sitter scheduled but would like to drop off my dog. She insists on picking up and I am not comfortable leaving my dog and not seeing where she will be staying. Can I choose another sitter, I have already paid

I'm with you, Kelly. I would never want to allow a sitter to pick up my dog before I'd seen their house.

How do I post a Review for my ditter

Rover sends a review link to owners after the stay is complete. The Help Center provides these steps https://support.rover.com/hc/en-us/articles/206070446-How-do-I-review-my-sitter-after-a-stay- & If you want to access it from the app... https://support.rover.com/hc/en-us/articles/206371803-How-do-

yes, you as the owner are able to cancel, however you do want to make sure to pay attention to the sitters cancellation policy. (cancellation policy is located under their calendar)

The site below goes over canceling a stay along with the sitters cancellation policy. https://support.rover.com/hc/en-us/ar...

For your future sitters, I do recommend always scheduling a meet and greet with the sitters prior to booking. This allows you and your dog see the sitters home, and go over the details of your pets stay. There is no charge for meet and greets and it gives you a chance to sit down and talk to the sitter. Make sure you are comfortable with the sitter and her home. (and if you are not happy with the first sitter you are welcome to meet with as many sitters as you wish until you find one that you are most comfortable with! ) Best of Luck!!
