If I reply to a review someone made of mr, can they reply back to my response?

Clients cannot reply to your response, in fact, I do not believe they are notified that you responded. I read your response and you did yourself more damage than not responding at all, and I don't believe you can edit or delete it. Think twice, no think ten times before you ever respond to a negative review it will stay at the top of your profile for a long time and may kill your business. Best of luck

I have never seen a response to a response. I would caution you to word your response very carefully, be professional and unemotional. Keep in mind other potential clients will be able to view your response and could potentially judge you harder than they would with only the complaint visible. Also, responses are only viewable on the website and not on the app. If you have any clients that have not posted a review yet, please reach out to them and ask them to review you so the negative review will be pushed further down the page and your star rate will go back up.
