Do you charge per walk or per dog? I have 2 dogs that need to be walked at same time?

Each sitter sets his/her own prices. Rover's system is set up to charge per dog. However, click on "Additional Rates" on the sitter's rate table and you will see if they have a discounted rate for an additional dog. Let's say the basic walking fee is $15 for a half hour. You might find a sitter who will only add on $5 for another dog from the same household and you might even find one who doesn't charge for additional dogs.
