Consequences of declining requests?

I modified a booking with a customer and she finalized it and sent it back to me for final confirmation, but it has the wrong dates. My only options are to Accept Request or Decline Requst. I'm wondering if there is a negative result of declining the request on my profile (e.g. my rankings in search results, stats, etc). I called Rover support but they put me through to voicemail and I haven't heard back yet.

As long as both you and the client are clear on the actual dates of the stay, I think Carmen has the right answer. Check the total number of days and book another stay if they are different. Then tell your client what the new stay is for. Once it's been paid for, check your calendar and adjust your actual availability.

Here's what I would do - not sure if it is the RIGHT choice, but here it is... 1. If the days stayed are equal, leave it. 2. You could keep the current booking and add another one to make up for missing days.
