I've had a someone contact me for dog walking who lives 40 minutes away on the highway from me....I didn't want to have to turn him down, but that's too far! Is there a setting in our profile/services that allows me to say I only accept requests for within a certain radius of where I live?
Jennifer is correct on how to change your service area, but be aware when Rover calculates the distance it's as the crow flies - or in a straight line from your address, so even with a smaller area you may be contacted by clients further away than you wish to travel - best of luck
Yes. Its under your profile options. Click Profile and under Service / Rates click service options. First question is "What is the maximum distance you'll travel to get to a client's home?"
