im having surgery and cant walk for two weeks i would need twice a day , is there any kind of discount?

You could do as Jennifer recommended and try to find such a walker. However, you do realize that most customers hire people for daily walks while they're at work. So those are very long-term arrangements. Your two-week need is rather short term relative to the usual for walkers.
