How do I know if the rover user is safe?
I want to know if the dogs and people that I'm meeting are also background checked. My parents want to make sure that this site is safe and that I am protected.
I thought this was odd. I had to jump through hoops (background check) to pet sit and strangers can show up at my home without being checked. There should be some way to help protect us as sitters.
No it is NOT!!! We booked a sitter from here for two dogs. One dog was turned into the Animal shelter and the second was stolen and the sitter won't return her. And rover STILL allows her profile up to take in boards.
