I can't book my client because it says they haven't added their address?

I've known this person since I was 11. She signed up to Rover specifically for me to drop in to check on her cats. When she signed up it said it only asked for her zip code. I've been looking around trying to figure out what to tell her to do but I've seen nothing so I figured I'd ask. I've only been on Rover for 2 days so I need help.

Have them confirm the booking on their end, it should pop-up saying to add their address before they can pay. If they are still having trouble, they should contact Rover support at [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. I had her go though and make sure she had everything filled out on her profile and check her email. She's not big on computers so I was trying to help her as much as I could. I got it booked now just waiting for her to confirm.
