Can a credit be issued to a client for a last minute cancellation?

I had to travel out of town on a last minute basis. I had to cancel two walks. However, once they are accepted by both parties you cannot cancel and the client get credited. Is there a way to credit those clients one walk? Perhaps with a code? Thank you.

Walks have a flexible cancellation policy and the policy cannot be changed so the client is always refunded if a walk is canceled. And I wouldn't worry about any punitive actions as stuff comes up. I would recommend you start building a network of other Rover walkers/sitters so when stuff happens or you need time off you have some folks to help you out and you can help them. Best of luck
