How do I adjust my rate for one booking?

I have been asked for a flat rate for 2 dogs from $660 to $500 - how do I adjust my rate for this one stay? I would assume I would be taking the hit and that's ok.

You didn't provide enough information for me to give you the exact way to do it. However, make sure that you have the correct number of days in the stay and that both dogs are listed with Rover for insurance reasons.

You should be telling the customer how much it will cost. As it stands, you charge $30 for the first dog and $20 for the second. So that's $50/night times the number of nights. If you want to discount it, then you can always put it on the "modification" line of the invoice and it doesn't have to be further explained.

I'm not sure why you feel like you have to take "a hit." This is a business. Don't let yourself be taken advantage of.
