I accidentally deleted a pet. Is there a way to 'reclaim'?!?

Pet was accidentally deleted during a walk request as I wanted the walk to cover just one of the animals. How can I reclaim the information I had for this (deleted) pet without reentering all the information? Thx!

If you deleted a pet from your profile you will need to add them again, sorry
