How do I remove certain photos to protect client privacy that were accidentally shared publicly?

I was talking to clients in chat back before i had a lot of experience with the app and only realized later that some were shared publicly that do NOT need to be seen, such as a screenshot of s client's home address, etc. Is there any way to remove these?

yes, I don't know if there is an easier way but you can go into your account mail and open up the clients information. (it does not matter of the date you just need to click on the clients name who you want to make pictures private. so you can find their name in pending, scheduled, past, archived) Open their account and go to their Photo Album (click on either the clients name or pets name to open Photo album) Click on the picture you want changed to private. On the bottom right corner is a box that says,"Hide" Click on Hide and the word,"unhide" pops up. When you see the word "unhide" then you have make the picture private so only you and your client can see it. (well Rover can still see it but the public can not. )

Email Rover support and ask them to remove it. I did the same thing, they removed the pictures immediately.
