How do I obtain access to a client's home?
Do I get a key from the client at the time of the meet and greet? Or, do you provide a lockbox?

Rover does not provide lock boxes. Really it's up to the client. At the meet&greet, the client may give you a key, or access some other way (often through a code keypad, sometimes a remote to a garage entrance, or perhaps a lock box of their own).
