If you took the customer that's re-booking off rover and something happen to the dog or the customer was very dissatisfied and the owner contacted rover, rover could close your account or at least, suspend it for a period of time for breach of contract. Make sure to go in and read the rules and contract you and the customer have agreed to when you set up your account.
