What if my Rover person does not show up to care fro my pet when agreement is for overnight?

If your selected sitter does not provide services booked, you'd contact Rover and they will work at getting another sitter to care for your pets.

It's highly recommended to meet the sitter before hand to get to know them and use that to decide who may be the best fit. I'd also suggest a trial booking - just for a day or overnight in advance of future dates planned to test it out, when you'd be nearby if necessary.
