Where is my $20 after my friend signed and used Rover.?

Hi, My friend used Rover after my referral email. He got his $20 coupon but I did not. Please let me know. Also where is the customer support contact information?

The "Get $20" portion of the Give $20, Get $20 is sent out after your referral completes their first booking. If that has already happened and it has been a few days and you still haven't seen an email with a code or anything, you should call Rover's support. You can and should go into your account dashboard, go down to the bottom (I'm on laptop) and click on Help Center, then click on Sitters. There is a lot of information and can also do a "search". If you don't see the answer to a question, you can send support the question from there. They have been very quick to get back to me. If they need to do some research it may take a little longer but I have always gotten a response with in a couple hours to the same day or by next morning.
