How do I add-on services to my profile?

I'm looking to add services like the puppy fee and the cat fee, which I used to have on my profile. However, for whatever reason, I can't find them under rates or services. I did follow the tutorial given on this website: https://support.rover.com/hc/en-us/articles/208655356-How-do-I-add-cat-care-and-other-add-on-services-to-my-profile-#addingadd-onservicestoyourprofile (https://support.rover.com/hc/en-us/ar...) but I didn't find anything saying additional rate options, so I'm not sure how to go about this?
