Hi! I have a client I house sat for that came home Monday. I asked them to leave me a review, and he said he would leave me a glowing review. I think he may have thought the rating with stars after the visit was the actual review. How can I request a review??
As Kathleen wrote many clients only leave a star review without leaving a written comment. To me written or not the review still counts - continued good luck as a Rover sitter
Yes, some customers just click the stars and think that is enough. You "could" send the customer a...I really enjoyed staying with (pets name) in your beautiful home. Also, "Thank you for the 5 Star Rating", Would you let other potential customers know why you like my services? I would really appreciate it.
I am sure other rover hosts will be able to say it more eloquently. But this might give you some ideas.
