When Rover increases the rate to my posted holiday rate, how many days for each of the federal holidays does this include? Does it vary if it is over a weekend versus weekday?
It makes no difference about weekdays vs weekends. If there's a holiday within the stay, the whole thing gets charged at holiday rates. It is up to you to modify if you'd like but you are under no obligation to do so. During peak times, like Thanksgiving and Christmas-New Years, the hotel and travel industries certainly don't differentiate. Peak pricing applies throughout. Demand is higher and that applies to pet boarding as well.
I have a holiday rate in my pricing. It is not getting calculated into the price. It remains the regular rate. How do i fix this? Also do I have to designate on my calendar itself what is a holiday day?
