Why does my calendar, up to date, show "green" when I am booked for boarding?

On certain dates I am booked for boarding but have 1 spot open for day care. I keep getting boarding requests for the dates I am booked. I checked to make sure those dates are blocked and then looked at my calendar on my Dashboard. It is green on those dates. What does the customer see when they look at my calendar? How are they to know if I am booked for boarding or day care?

I'm having the opposite problem, I'm booked for boarding (2spots) and daycare is wide open (3 spots) and my calendar says unavailable to book for daycare.

IF the client is on the web page they can see your calendar and you can toggle between boarding and daycare. On the App you can see the calendar by the booking selected. Prior clients can send a booking request regardless of your shown availability on your calendar

Yeah, only "we" can see the calendar with the "colored dots", not the customer.
