Do dog walkers have to fill out and send owners RoverCards? Do you have to do one for drop ins as well? I thought this was required.
It is not mandatory for Rover sitters to send Rover cards at this time. I think it is a good idea to send them as it provides the client with a timestamp and recording the activities performed during the service

I don't see it for every owner that I do the drop ins for, I'm guessing they request it if they want them. If I have to visit 3 or more times a day, I usually message them saying I will do one or two for the whole day as a summary. When I used to do it every single time, every owner told me to just do one or two since it was a bit overwhelming (and usually always the SAME info lol)
What happens if you forget to do the rover card but you already walked the dog? Would you not get paid?
