What to do if dog owner won't answer messages/calls and visit is supposed to be over?

The dog owner booked 5 overnights but has not responded to multiple messages through Rover or a voicemail I left on her phone. I extended the stay another night but she hasn't responded to that request either.

What should I do if I continue to not get a response? And... Will I not get paid for extended nights if she doesn't accept the request even though I did keep her dog those nights?
