I have been dog sitting on here since 2015 and it says I should be getting 15%. Right now it says at my profile I take home 80%, but on http://rover.com it says if your profile was created before March 2016 (Mine was November 2015) then you take home 85%.
My profile states that as well, however when I calculate the percentage of Rover fees deducted following a stay, they are actually only taking 15%. Perhaps it is just a mistake within the system, where all profiles now state that you keep 80% of your earnings, which would reflect new sitters' earnings and is not adjusted per profile. I would suggest looking at your most recent payment history and determining whether you are actually only keeping 80% and contact Rover if that is the case.
