Sorry but this is the wrong forum to post your request. It is sad you are looking to rehome your dog especially a senior, I would find other living arrangements
I think it's great you are offering to pay for her care. It shows how much you care. I know how expensive LA is and hard to find places to take pets. Hope you find a great foster parent and get to visit often.
