Is there a way to set up a payment plan situation if the client doesn't have all the money up front?

The client's credit card is charged at the time of each booking. A creative way to do this is when the dog arrives & before she leaves, book the first increment of the two weeks and have her approve it. Then, on the start date (or slightly before) of the next increment send that booking with the next dates in sequence.
