Thank you for asking this question as I hadn’t known Rover were using Lock Boxes, I first heard about them a year ago when signing up with Wag Dog company. It’s cool that they’re using them now as they’re pretty neat pad locks to have. The support@rover.com email was disabled long ago
I can't say the last time you've spoke with them via email, but I've always emailed them and received a response as my primary contact is email. The last email received from support@rover.com was 3/14/2018. I only speak on current events as a growing company such as Rover changes periodically.
Correct. Email doesn't work if you email them. But we are still receiving emails from Rover from support@rover.com
