Report M&G no-shows?

Of the three times I've used Rover, twice a sitter has no-called, no-showed for their meet and greet. Is it possible to report sitters for this? It seems incredibly inaccurate for a sitter to have a four- or five-star reviews for sitting when they can't be counted on to show for meet and greets.

Im sorry this happened to you. It is very unprofessional and should be reported for sure. I agree with the previous answers. I just wanted to add that I always confirm again, with a text the day before the M&G, if they are still planning to come. This has saved me a couple of times already.

For every sitter that is a no show there’s 100 pet parents who do the same - I recommend moving on and not to seek revenge on them. And find the perfect Rover sitter for you. I don’t allow a no call no show to ever book with me, but certainly don’t seek out trying to ruin their reputation

I disagree with Ray S. No-shows are not only discourteous, but also unprofessional and undermine the whole business model of Rover, not to mention ruin the platform's reputation. I'd urge you to REPORT all no-call no-shows, and then last-minute cancellations. Not "revenge." It's ACCOUNTABILITY.

I concur with Jennifer - call Rover support and notify them about each sitter that stood you up, this behavior isn't acceptable.
