Is anyone else having problems receiving messages on the Rover app?
I have had a series of weird communication problems with the Rover App and I'm worried it's still happening.
First I got a drop-in request at 11pm, the day of the booking and the owner wanted me to do a M&G before the drop-in. I thought something was fishy since the day of the prospective drop-in has passed. So I responded quickly (in the 11:00pm hour), asking if there was a mistake in his request, and I never heard back from him. I'm worried he sent the request earlier that week and I didn't receive it until after the date passed.
Then another request addressed me by a different name than my own, making me worry they were trying to contact a different owner and somehow it went to my Rover number.
I'm concerned that every time someone contacts me, it's either coming in late or for a different sitter.
Has anyone else encountered these issues? Can anyone direct me on how to get this bug fixed? Thanks!
