How do I make payment for a booking?

I have gone through all the steps numerous times but the "Pay Now" button does not respond to my touch. I have checked your "help" for making payment, which is not a help since the payment button does not respond.

Gloria - You will likely have better luck with sending your question directly to Rover - they usually respond within a couple of hours here! https://support.rover.com/hc/en-us/re...

You could also call their Support for faster assistance at [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Visit the Rover Help Center at https://support.rover.com/ to find the phone number, help articles, or chat with the team].

Hi Gloria. Welcome to Rover! To get an official response from Rover instead of a member of the Rover community, you will need to call or message them directly as Hillary suggested. Phone: [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Visit the Rover Help Center at https://support.rover.com/ to find the phone number, help articles, or chat with the team]. Website to message them: https://support.rover.com/hc/en-us/re...

Make sure you have gone through all the steps of the booking process. You and your sitter will need to accept the request in order for it to be booked and for you to pay. You probably already saw this article, but just in case: https://support.rover.com/hc/en-us/ar...

If that's not the problem, try paying on a different device - try a computer if you're using your phone, or try your phone or a different web browser (Chrome, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge) if you were using a computer.
If none of those ideas work, then it's a tech glitch that you'll need to contact Rover directly to resolve. Good luck!

Here is my answer: you need to save your card to the rover site. I tried EVERYTHING- signed out of devices, even updated my computer... It wasn't until I clicked "save card" and unclicked it that the message appeared from Rover that it is REQUIRED to have an active card on file.

Sure would have been easier if there had been a notification earlier.
