How do people deal with this situation?
I had an owner contact me for a stay. They had filled in dates but said in their message they just wanted to introduce themselves and didn't have a specific stay in mind. I replied but now I need to archive this request and it will appear that I turned down the booking. I assume this will count against our booking score- doesn't seem correct. How do people deal with this situation?
Agreed, immediately archive as dup if they don’t book. Even if a meet and greet is scheduled - let them know (if true in your case) if there’s a chance you will be booked up before the booking or meeting. No pressure just the truth. They don’t book, you loose them and any new that might havebookd
