Why is my rover account still pending my funds?

Hello,

I sent a message and still have no hear back from Rover. I'm getting very frustrated because I cannot transfer my money to my pay pal account after three works of working. I need help and it would be great to hear a response back. I read all the helpful tips on rover payments, but it's not working for me.
