It is perfectly fine for you to walk their dog for 60 rather than 30 minutes. The Report Card will keep running, so I would suggest determining the rate you'd like the charge for the additional 30 minutes and make a Cost Adjustment on the reservation request to reflect that rate. For example, I charge $5 per additional 15 minutes after the initial 30 minute period. Another option that some sitters choose is to book two back-to-back walks and the owner just pays for two walks.

Hi Hillary, I have a new client we're trying each other out for two walks. Two Tuesdays for one hour each. We've booked the two Tuesdays at 30 minutes each. I want to add $10 for each walk. To add the adjustment do I add $20 in the Cost Adjustments?

Yes, if the two Tuesdays are booked together, then you would just put "$20" in the Cost Adjustment field and it will apply to the total cost.
