I have selected a potential pet sitter and sent a request, which says it is pending. Do I just wait for her to respond before proceeding ?
When time allows, Rover highly suggests having a meet & greet (actually a few, with different potential sitters) prior to booking services. That's the best way to discuss all the details. Usually, the booking process goes quickly after a meet&greet.
Most sitters will respond within 24 hours of submitting a booking request. If you haven't received a response I suggest you search for another sitter and send the booking request to several sitter to increase your odds you'll find someone quicker.
