Can anyone join RoverGo or are there special requirements?

Hi, I am interested in joining the Rover team. I was wondering though, if I was able to add services like if they need help taking pets to vet appt. or grooming or any kind of short traveling? Also I read about Rover vs. RoverGo. I am willing to do boarding, but I was seeing if I could still do RoverGo if I am not available everyday throughout the week? I have 4 kids so the weekdays wouldn't always work.
