how do I do a refund for a payment?

Due to weather, I had to cancel walking a dog today. The owner has already paid for the day and I need to do a refund for this day. How do I do that or does she have to do it from her end? If so, how does she?

You can modify the booking by going to the booking in your upcoming stay folder, select the booking and hit the modify button, then follow the prompts to complete the modification. Once Rover processes the modification the client will be refunded
