I am new to Rover. We found the sitter we wanted & we had our meet & greet. We reserved our time with ther. Do we still need to reserve the time with Rover?

I am new to Rover. I have found my sitter & had our meet & greet this afternoon. We told her what dates we needed & she was available. We have the arrangements all set with her. Do I still have to make reservations with Rover??

Yes, you have to complete the booking and payment process through Rover.It is against Rover's Terms of Service to do otherwise.

Send the sitter an official request for the dates you've discussed. The sitter will accept the booking and then you'll make the payment on Rover. You will receive a confirmation and all of Rover's support when this is completed.
