do we tip the sitter?

Tips are not expected but are greatly appreciated. I consider my service as a sitter to be on par with other personal service providers such as massage therapists or hair stylists. Do whatever you are comfortable with.

It is up to you whether or not you tip your sitter. Most sitters on this site do not expect a tip but it is always a nice surprise to get one. I have only been tipped once in my 6 months of being on here.
