How do I send a booking request for drop in visits?

Hello -

I am messaging a client who needs me to drop in on her cat once day for a week. I tried to send her the booking request but it looks like I can only write it up as if I'm doing in home sitting. I don't want to book it as in home sitting because I am in the process of confirming a booking that is for in home sitting. I plan to do both the drop ins and the in home sitting simultaneously.

does anyone know what I can do? For some reason I cannot access the support centre.
