I went through the process of signing up to be a dog walker but then never received any confirmation, or how to actually begin the process.
You would definitely receive a confirmation and they would send you details on how it works. I would call them to see what the status of your profile is, it may be that they are waiting on something from you before they can finish the profile review. They send confirmations and everything after your profile is reviewed, if it gets approved.

You may see a banner letting you know your profile needs a few updates before we can move forward. Check your email for details on what should be updated.
However, if you see X marks next to any section, that means your profile is not yet complete. Complete each part of your profile until there are no more X's.
Then, the Rover sitter team will review your profile and get in touch with you via email, typically in 5-7 business days.
