Why isn't deactivation working?

I follow the steps for deactivating my sitter account (got a new job before finishing my profile, so cannot walk/watch dogs) and it freezes when I attempt to save the change to no available services. The green "Continue" area is shaded and I cannot continue. I still use Rover for my own pets, but want to remove my profile as I will not be working with animals. Thanks.

If you have decided not to complete your profile to become a sitter you should contact Rover support and they can reset your profile to only show as an owner [Edit: Rover’s contact options have changed. Visit the Rover Help Center at https://support.rover.com/ to find the phone number, help articles, or chat with the team]

If you have not completed your sitter profile yet, then your sitter services are not live and you do not need to deactivate anything. The only time you would want to deactivate your sitter services is if your sitter profile was approved and searchable. You can still keep your account to use for your own pets!
